Description

This classic helmet features some honest age and signs of light use, making it one of the more interesting examples of the Chinese TF-12 we have handled. This helmet was made in June 1972 according to the ID plate. As shown in the photos, the helmet has a very nice copper body and brass hardware all with natural patina. The helmet retains all the wing nuts, brails, safety pin and chain, neck ring rubber gasket, glass, and threaded faceplate. Inside the bonnet, all the air vents are present, along with the exhaust chin button. If you are considering a vintage Chinese helmet, this one represents one of the finest used originals we have handled in a long time!
