Many collectors are not aware that A.J. Morse made firefighting equipment in addition to diving gear. This is likely a 19th Century copper and brass firefighter hose nozzle. It is stamped at the base A.J. Morse & Son Boston. The nozzle measures slightly over 30 inches long and weighs approximately 6 pounds. The female threads appear to be in good shape. Unusual piece of A.J. Morse history.
