Description
This is the classic United States Navy divers’ knife, commonly used in conjunction with the Mark V helmet. This example was made by Morse Diving Equipment when they were located in Rockland, MA. The brass sheath is stamped MORSE DIVING EQUIPMENT CO ROCKLAND MA 02370. There is also an image of a diving helmet in the same area, giving this variation a unique trait. This knife is still sealed in the original box, with the knife in a sealed plastic bag along with the leather belt loop. A letter from Morse will also be in the box. Please note, the photo of the knife out of the box is for reference only – this box has never been opened.International bidders are advised that some countries do not allow the importation of knives.
