This is a relatively nice Japanese or Korean antique diving helmet. This helmet is in the classic three-light twelve-bolt pattern. The helmet’s ID plate is unfortunately gone, and there are no other indicators of who made this helmet. Unlike many Asian helmets, this one is not completely used up or badly beaten up. All of the glass is present and free of cracks. Internal air vents and an exhaust chin button are present. Vintage telephone wire and reproducer are still intact. This helmet also features a definitive solder line along the top peak of the bonnet. If you are looking for a nice Japanese or Korean helmet, this would make a great choice.

All diving helmets in this auction will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Nations Attic. The certificate will have a unique number that will match the number on a tamperproof hologram decal placed inside the helmet. This information will be kept on permanent file at Nations Attic and help ensure the provenance of the helmet and authenticity.
