Description

Presented here is a very nice Harrington & Richardson "Top Break" revolver, a high-condition example that has remained within the same family since the early 20th century. This early Second Model variant is distinguished by its lack of caliber markings on the barrel—a hallmark of early production—and features a nickel-plated. The top of the barrel rib is clearly stamped with the manufacturer’s name, location, and pertinent patent dates. This is a six shot .32 caliber model. True to early production standards, the full serial number is located on the underside of the top frame, accessible only by cylinder removal. To preserve the mechanical integrity and original fitment, the cylinder has not been removed; however, the last three digits of the serial number, "160," are clearly visible and matching on both the cylinder and the ejector. The firearm is fitted with its original hard rubber "target" grips, which remain intact and in wonderful condition. Mechanically, the action is crisp and functions precisely, making this a superb acquisition for the discerning H&R collector. This firearm must be shipped to an FFL or C&R license holder in the United States only. All items will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery and full insurance either via FedEx or the USPS Priority Mail. Worldwide shipping is available; however, no ocean freight will be offered on large items. Payment via bank wire for customers outside the USA is required. A shipping quote prior to the auction can be provided by emailing your postal code.
