This is a rare piece of diving history ephemera! This is a US Navy Department Specifications supplement to be included with the December 1st, 1915, diving manual. This document is 27 pages of updated information for the diver as of November 1st, 1917. These were likely printed to be included with the 1915 manuals, while the 1916 manuals were possibly in short supply and more expensive to publish. It measures 5.125 inches by 7.5 inches. If you have a collection of US Navy manuals, there is a good chance you are missing this one! First example we have ever handled.
