100 Years of Air Control. A company history published by A. Schraders Son, Brooklyn, New York, to commemorate the company’s centennial, 1844 to 1944. Early Years chapter details origins of the company and is followed by Development of Diving Equipment, The Early Rubber Industry, and their involvement in the war effort and other programs. Only one 1944, hardbound edition of 48 pages, with illustrations and B&W photos. The only American manufacturer to publish a book on their company. Minor fading on front and back cover, interior pages clean and bright, ink company ownership stamp on first two pages, otherwise clean of blemishes. Uncommon and very collectible book on the Schrader Company.
