Description
After the success of the United States Navy diver monument statue, the same incredible artists have designed The Military Diver Memorial statue, dedicated to the Royal Navy Clearance Divers Association and The British Army Divers Association. The bronze statuette is limited to 300 to help fund the eventual 10-foot-tall bronze memorial depicting a military diver wearing the Siebe Gorman Admiralty Pattern diving helmet. This incredible memorial will be located at The National Memorial Arboretum in Alrewas, Staffordshire, United Kingdom.
The bronze statuette being offered weighs 40 pounds and stands 21 inches tall! These limited-edition, fine-art pieces are designed to honor and remember military divers, both past and present. These statues are not merely decorative items but carry the weight of a larger mission to pay tribute to the sacrifices and contributions of military divers.
The statuettes are highly detailed, hot-cast bronze pieces. They are crafted by the same fine art foundries contracted to build the full-size monument, ensuring accuracy and quality. It comes with a hand-cut and polished granite base.
It has been carefully designed to be historically accurate, capturing the essence of the military diver’s gear and uniform. This piece is in like-new condition. Of note, we also have the sister to this piece, the United States Mark V diver statuette. It is lot #117 and features the very same serial number, 293!
