This is a very difficult to find original A.J. Morse & Son No. 4 diving air pump box. The pump mechanism is no longer present, but the rarer box is all intact. The impressive original brass AJ Morse eagle plaque and No. 4 plaque are still intact. The top lid features the sliding brass cover plate and hinge. Inside, both hinges are present. One hinge has new screws on the bottom due to the wood needing repair. There is a folding hinge on the right side that functions. Six of the original pump mechanism base bolts are also present still. The wood case is structurally solid and in original unrestored condition. The case measures 25”x14”16” approximately. If you have the difficult to find No. 4 pump, this is a rare opportunity to make it complete!
