Black Horse of the Sea, by Robert MacMillen. A much sought after large format book on the Merritt-Chapman & Scott Corporation. 1929 first edition in clean hard bound cover. 40 pages with numerous B&W photos. Contains salvage derricks, shipwrecks, port construction, burning metals underwater and the famous group photo of the divers with their helmets on. The paper and photo reproduction are of a very high quality considering the year of publication but reflect the standards of the company. Minimal wear at spine ends. Some small marks on cover, overall the book is very good condition.

Worldwide shipping is available; however, no ocean freight will be offered on large items. DHL Express is an option for international shipments under 600 pounds via air.
