This is rarely seen divers knife from the Cold War era East Germany. Made by MEDI (Medizin Institut Leipzig East German), this knife is stamped with the company name on both the brass sheath and brass base of the knife. The end of the brass handle is also stamped NVA 187. The stainless steel blade with one sharp edge is in very good condition. The blade measures 8” long. The overall length of the knife in the sheath is 13.25. The overall weight is over 5 pounds. Please refer to the detailed photos for overall condition.
