This is a very nice example of Men Under The Sea by Commander Edward Ellsberg. This 1939 hardcover 8vo is a first edition first printing with original dust jacket. The dust jacket is enclosed in a plastic protector, with some shelf wear , chipping and rubbing, but with strong colors. Bound in blue cloth. Inside the book features very clean pages, tight binding, 365 pages. Previous owners ex-libris stamp on first flyleaf page. Illustrated with detailed black and white photos, frontispiece features a classic image of Commander Ellsberg. Great title, especially as a first edition.
