Williamson 1936 8vo hardcover 320 pages, On The Bottom by Edward Ellsberg 1948 13th edition 8vo hardcover 324 pages.

Worldwide shipping is available; however, no ocean freight will be offered on large items. DHL Express is an option for international shipments under 600 pounds via air.
